better tires

My Maxis tires gripped good but cut up real fast letting me a mile to ride out of the trails on a flat. Several cuts I found in them leaking slowly. I finally replaced them with ITP mudlights which are 6 plys. Check them out at http://www.atvwheelin.com

i have maxxis also and they are great! I got the rear tires in six ply and the front in four and i have not had any trouble

anyone know how many ply the stock 08 irs tires are?

I put Kenda Kutter XCs on my 450mxr and went up to the same size as the 525s and man what a differance. Hook great 6ply front and rear and the topend gain from going up a size has me outrunning my buddys 660 raptor even on the top end bone stock other wise. not to mention they cost alot less than the razr IIs.

i found some scorpions. they are six ply and they are identical to razr II's. the best part is they are half the price!
